A respected outpatient facility is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a highly autonomous, patient-centered primary care team. Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

• Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience

• Strong background in chronic disease management

• Comfortable practicing independently

• Military, VA, or veteran care experience a plus!
